I've been collecting for a few years now and have a few hundred movie soundtracks. If you like classical music or easy listening music and movies, you can't beat some of the great soundtracks. Favorites include:

If you love Lord of the Rings, the 4 CD sets (all are now available) are a Must Have for any collection. They're not cheap, but are well worth it. These sets are full-length re-recorded versions of the symphonic sound that accompanied each movie. Each set also comes with a 5.1 DVD version of the sountrack. Best bet... get them at Amazon.com.
